With more than 1,900 properties totaling over 40 million square feet, and facilities such as schools, churches, offices, residences, seminaries, nursing homes, and other buildings, ADNY needs a wide range of skill types to properly address the ever evolving facility needs of each building. To help meet those needs, Aramark supplements the ADNY facilities team with 7 additional team members.

The Aramark team is responsible for the development, design, and construction of more than $25 million annually of repair and restoration work with a heavy emphasis on mechanical/electrical/plumbing projects in ADNY facilities throughout New York City. With an average of 165 active projects during any point in time, Aramark utilizes a web-based project management software platform to maximize collaboration and to ensure full transparency of each project, as well as the total program.
