Mr. Lee possesses more than 26 years of building commissioning, operational management, energy management, project management, and engineering experience. As the Vice President, Mr. Lee leads the Engineering Solutions team comprised of highly capable and technical project managers, engineers, technicians, and system specialists that focus on the facility life cycle and what truly matters to the owners and occupants. This performance model optimizes building systems, and reduces capital expenditures and operational costs. Through the team’s rich experience, expertise, and diversity, the organization routinely achieves aggressive guaranteed construction costs, energy reduction savings, and delivers peak performing buildings, all within budget and on schedule.
Brian is responsible for leading a team of 135+ technical and professional experts to support client needs across ES’s service lines in project management, energy management, building commissioning, retro-commissioning, facility condition assessments, strategic planning, finance, and marketing. He helps to lead the growth of the enterprise through collaborative business development efforts and ensures consistent execution of the technical programs across the portfolio. He fosters a collaborative environment that embraces diversity and challenges team members to achieve their individual and team potential. And most importantly, Brian is committed to a safe work environment through the strategic deployment and support of a personnel safety program.

Ross Whittier brings an engineering background and more than 15 years of facilities services experience to Aramark. During his tenure, Ross has assisted our current and prospective clients to identify areas of operational improvement and efficiency. Leveraging his understanding of the complex systems of higher education campuses and unique client expectations, he develops customized facilities services programs for engineering services, plant operations and maintenance, custodial, grounds, and energy management. Through new business development, he works to set the foundation to build successful long-term partnerships.
Ross leads business development initiatives for Aramark’s ES group, helping clients achieve solutions to support their goals. Recognized for developing successful outsourced partnerships, Ross has assisted numerous clients to navigate the service-partner process, including CFO’s, VP’s of Finance, Presidents, Boards of Trustees, and Facilities Managers. He has expertise in Vested Outsourcing, collaborating with clients to create partnerships based on their desired outcomes.
His primary goal with business development is to ensure deep understanding of the needs of our clients such that our services are aligned to meet their expectations.

Mr. Mikullitz dedicated a majority of his 29-year career supporting the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive building operational, maintenance, carbon and energy efficiency programs for Aramark’s education and healthcare clients. Based out of our New York office, Mr. Mikullitz is currently our organization’s Executive Director. In his current role, Mr. Mikullitz is responsible for managing a team of engineering professionals who deliver building energy, commissioning, retro-commissioning, project management, construction and operations and maintenance expertise supporting our New York State clients. These extremely large private and public sector clients represent more than 250 million square feet with an annual energy expenditure exceeding $1 billion.
During the recent pandemic, Mr. Mikullitz was called upon by New York State leadership to open, operate and provide technical support for with the COVID hospitals in New York City for Northwell Healthcare and Health + Hospitals in 2020 and 2021.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Mikullitz invested a majority of his career overseeing the design, development and implementation of Aramark’s largest and most successful comprehensive energy efficiency programs across North America. Many of these programs achieved a 15% to 30% energy savings within 5-years. Several of these programs received numerous local, national, and federal awards for their achievements under his leadership. Mr. Mikullitz has also been publicly recognized for his outstanding contributions towards these accomplishments, including the 2019 New York State Energy Manager of the Year Award from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).

Mr. Flickinger possesses more than 20 years of experience as a design/ construction professional in all phases of industrial, commercial and higher education projects from preliminary design to construction management. He has more than 10 years of progressive capital program management and project management experience in Higher Education. He possesses particular expertise in capital planning, capital renewal, facilities needs assessments, management overview assessments and complex building development planning. During his career he has been personally responsible for leading the planning and construction of new buildings and renovations of over $950 million in project budgets.
On behalf of Aramark, Mr. Flickinger serves as a the National Director of our Construction team responsible for Capital Program Management, Project Management, Design Build, and Infrastructure projects throughout the country. He serves all lines of Aramark business nationwide with a primary focus in Higher Education, Healthcare, Business & Industry and Destinations markets. Mr. Flickinger has also served as Senior Manager of our Capital Program Management team responsible for capital program management for all lines of business primarily in the Midwest and West Regions and served a number of Aramark clients nationwide. His responsibilities included project management, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for each of the clients served, as well as recruiting and training of the staff.

Mr. Lott possesses more than 23 years of experience in energy management, building commissioning, project management, strategic facility planning and operational engineering. Mr. Lott serves as the National Director of our Energy team responsible for the delivery of Energy Management Solutions throughout the country. He serves all lines of Aramark business with a primary focus in Higher Education, K12, Healthcare, Business and Industry, and Leisure markets.
During his career with Aramark, Mr. Lott has led numerous award winning energy management programs as well as assisted in the development and implementation of energy programs for a wide range of clients including K12 schools, universities, healthcare, business and industry, and cultural institutions. He has assisted clients with reducing energy cost and consumption through both operational improvements and capital projects, procuring lowest cost utilities, engaging students and staff in energy conservation efforts, and training operating staff. In addition, he has extensive experience with “green” technologies such as solar, wind and fuel cells.
In addition to energy management, Mr. Lott has experience with building commissioning, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems, operations training, design reviews, utility systems planning, deferred maintenance studies, and utility data analysis. He has extensive experience working on central chilled water systems, laboratory controls, HVAC systems and controls, air and water balancing, and building automation systems.

Ms. O’Leary possesses more than 30 years of experience in facilities management, manufacturing engineering, strategic planning, operations and maintenance management, project management, and operational process improvement. Ms. O’Leary presently has national responsibility for Strategic Facilities Planning focusing on facility condition and investment strategic services and solutions for a variety of industries including education, healthcare, and manufacturing.
On behalf of Aramark previously, Ms. O’Leary has held both on-site and large portfolio based facilities roles as a District Manager responsible for P&L in excess of $40 million. Additionally, she has supported the facilities business as an Operational Excellence National Director. In this position, Ms. O’Leary developed and implemented pilots for innovative new solutions, programmatic standards, and site based operational solutions in Operational Engineering, Maintenance, Grounds and Custodial client accounts.

Mr. Sullivan has accumulated 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including design, engineering, installation, programming, commissioning, project management, and service operations. His broad expertise helped to establish the Aramark Building Management System team in 2015.
As the Director of Commissioning for Aramark Engineering Solutions, Mr. Sullivan advises the team and leads proposal development and the successful execution of commissioning services across various market sectors. Tim manages the quality control of the commissioning group and resolves issues requiring a higher elevation. His background and hands on experience as a commissioning agent provides him with expertise in MEP, building automation systems, central utility plants, and laboratory control systems.

Mr. Sutter has more than 30 years of experience developing building infrastructure and energy projects for commercial and institutional clients. His expertise includes HVAC and building automation systems, lighting, central heating and cooling plants and cogeneration and backup power systems. Mr. Sutter’s expertise in project and financial structuring provides our clients with comprehensive solutions that meet their financial and mission driven goals.
Mr. Sutter is responsible for leading a development team focused on infrastructure and energy projects, for Aramark’s clients across the nation. Recent projects include energy savings performance contracts at Lincoln University in Oxford, PA; McDaniel College in Westminster, MD; and Mount Ida College in Newton, MA; providing clients with nearly $8 million in much needed campus infrastructure investment paid for through energy savings.

Mr. Gardner has more than 26 years of corporate finance experience including financial analytics, accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and financial management. Most of his 26 years have been in support of clients and organizations within the engineering and facilities management field. Mr. Gardner currently has overall responsibility for the finance team supporting all aspects of accounting, billing, and finance for the Engineering Solutions team.
Mr. Gardner also has operational experience supporting our strategic planning and operations teams assisting in delivery of energy data, facilities condition, and space planning studies along with supporting financial analytics for several large operating accounts. He has managed numerous accounts for a wide range of clients in Higher Education, K-12, Healthcare, and Business and Industry.
